SEA MIST RESORT
1. The cost for Seesalt at Sea Mist is $260 for each participant registered by May 1 ($270 after May 1) if you average four people in each of your rooms. Putting a fifth person in a room will decrease the average per person cost. Putting less than four per room will increase the average per person cost. (See below)
2. LODGING:
a. All rooms for Seesalt are either oceanfront or ocean view and have either a microwave and refrigerator or a kitchenette.
b. Make lodging reservations directly with Sea Mist by calling group sales at 1 (800) 200-8687 and ask for LeAnne. Be sure to tell her you are reserving rooms for Seesalt.
c. The Seesalt group rate for rooms is $99 plus 13% tax = $111.87 per room per night.
d. A rollaway bed can be added to a room for $9 per night.
e. A first night deposit is due within 7 days of making lodging reservations.
3. Beyond the cost of lodging, there is a charge of $148 per participant ($163 after May 1) for 5 meals and the cost of program, materials, and facilities. You will be on your own for breakfast each day (again, each room has at least a refrigerator and microwave) and for lunch and dinner during Wednesday’s block of free time. Other optional items such as shirts, DVDS, CDs, books, and snack food will be on sale.
4. Program reservations (separate from lodging reservations) are taken on a first-come basis. A $60 per person deposit is required when making program reservations. If a cancellation is made 60 days in advance of the scheduled week, $30 of the $60 will be refunded. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the week. Unused deposits cannot be applied toward remaining balance.
5. The remaining program balance (not including lodging) of $88 per person ($98 for those registered after May 1) is due upon arrival.
6. A male adult leader is required for each 1-7 boys and a female adult leader is required for each 1-7 girls. Additional adult leaders beyond this ratio are welcomed and encouraged, especially if your group requires more than average supervision. Adult leaders should be responsible, maturing Christians age 21 or older who can provide proper supervision of their students. They must agree to support and enforce conference regulations.
7. Conference participants must have completed the sixth grade in school. Anyone younger than this, including children of adult leaders must NOT be brought. We reserve the right to send underage children home at the church’s expense with no refund. College-age students may attend and will have two options. If they are not considered adult leaders, they will be in a Bible study group for those who have graduated from high school. If they are considered adult leaders, they will participate in adult leader programming.
8. Participants need to bring extra towels for the beach, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, shampoo, casual clothes, shoes appropriate for active recreation, Bible, pen, spending money, and good attitudes.
SMOKY MOUNTAIN CONVENTION CENTER
1. The cost for Seesalt at the Smoky Mountain Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is $260 for each participant registered by May 1 ($270 after May 1) if you average four people in each of your rooms and if your church is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Putting less than four per room will increase the average per person cost. (See below)
2. LODGING:
a. Lodging is at the Ramada Inn adjacent to the Smoky Mountain Convention Center.
a. The Seesalt group rate for rooms with two queen beds is $79 plus 12.25% tax = $88.68 per room per night. However, if your church has a 501(c)(3) tax exempt certificate, your rate is $79 plus 2.5% tax = $80.98 per room per night.
b. Make lodging reservations directly with Smoky Mountain Resorts by calling group sales at 1(800) 523-3919. Be sure to tell them you are reserving rooms for Seesalt at the Ramada Inn.
c. You will pay a deposit equal to the cost of your first night’s lodging when making room reservations. This lodging deposit is refundable up until 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
d. The remaining lodging amount will be due upon arrival.

2. Cost includes 10 meals, lodging, and program/materials/facilities fee. Other optional items such as shirts, DVDS, CDs, books, and snack food will be on sale.
3. Reservations are taken on a first-come. A $60 per person deposit is required when making reservations. Remaining balance is due on arrival.
4. If a cancellation is made 60 days in advance of the scheduled week, $30 of the $60 will be refunded. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the week. Unused deposits cannot be applied toward remaining balance.
